Westminster College's Sarah Koestner was named the Women's Runner of the Week by the Saint Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
Koestner (Russellville High School) set a personal record, taking 27 seconds off her previous best, while finishing 20th in the 5K race at the Missouri Southern Invitational in a time of 18:58. She finished 52 seconds behind the leader.
