China Commercial Credit Inc. - Wujiang, China, 2.7 million shares, priced, $6 to $7, managed by Burnham Securities, and Axiom Capital Management. Proposed Nasdaq symbol CCCR. Business: Microcredit lender to small businesses in the Jiangsu Province of China.

Diamond Resorts International Inc. - Las Vegas, Nev. 15.5 million shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by Credit Suisse, BofA Merrill Lynch, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed NYSE Symbol DRII. Business: Vacation club with more than 490,000 members and 295 destinations.

NRG Yield Inc. - Princeton, N.J., 19.6 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol NYLD. Business: Formed by NRG Energy to own, operate and acquire renewable and conventional generation and thermal infrastructure assets.

OncoMed Pharmaceuticals Inc. - Redwood City, Calif., 4 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Jefferies and Leerink Swann. Proposed Nasdaq symbol OMED. Business: Biotech developing new antibody therapeutics to be used in cancer treatments.
