WELLSVILLE - Taylor Howard had a huge day at the plate to help the New Bloomfield Lady Wildcats post a 7-1 win against Wellsville-Middletown on Monday night.
Howard racked up two doubles, a triple and two RBI in the victory.
Also for New Bloomfield, Abby Haas had a single, double and two RBI, Kennedy Peiter had two hits and two RBI and Madison Love had two hits.
Love was the winning pitcher, as she threw a one-hitter and struck out five.
New Bloomfield (3-2) will play Friday at Hallsville.
