Charges have been dismissed against a Jefferson City woman in a child abuse case.
Bhakti Gandhi, 35, had been charged with child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Her case was to have been in court next week.
Her husband, Darshan Gandhi, 36, is still charged with two counts of child abuse, and he is scheduled for a court appearance next week.
He is charged with burning two young girls with hot spoons in April.
