Jefferson City had a pair of teams playing in the state doubles tournament.
Paige Smith and Eden Hoogveld defeated Elena Wilner and Rebecca Davis of Parkway Central 2-0 in the first round. The result of their quarterfinal match against Jane King and Margo Gerke was not available as of late Friday.
Kelly Raithel and Haley Snellen lost to Mary Burger and Olivia Conway 2-0 in their first-round match.
