MOKANE, Mo. - The Fatima Lady Comets wrapped up the Show-Me Conference title Friday with a 1-0 victory against the South Callaway Lady Bulldogs.
Fatima scored the game's lone run in the top of the fourth inning when Logan Abbott's grounder brought home Morgan Brandt.
Leah Kesel went the distance to get the win. She allowed five hits and a walk while striking out three.
The Lady Comets, who had five hits in the game, end the conference season at 6-0.
Fatima (13-8) is scheduled to play Father Tolton (9 a.m.), Helias (10:45 a.m.) and St. Joseph's Academy (1 p.m.) today in the Helias Catholic Classic at Binder Park.
