ST. LOUIS (AP) - A two-year-old boy and his grandmother have been injured in what police are calling an ambush-style shooting in north St. Louis.
The shooting occurred just before 8 p.m. Monday in the city's Wells/Goodfellow neighborhood.
Police say the two victims were sitting inside a vehicle when two men in a grey or silver Pontiac pulled up and opened fire.
The victim's names have not been released. The two-year-old was grazed in the stomach, his grandmother was hit in the shoulder. Both were treated at an area hospital.
