Mo. House approves pipeline resolution

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Missouri House members are urging the federal government to support increased delivery of oil from Canada to the U.S.

The resolution approved by the state House urges President Barack Obama to approve an application for a pipeline from TransCanada.

House members approved the concurrent resolution 127-23 on Thursday. A copy would be sent to Obama, leaders in Congress and every member of Missouri's congressional delegation.
