The article in Wednesday's edition clearly shows how the irresponsible liberal left thinks.
The notion that the expansion of early childhood, pre-school education paying "serious dividends" has been disputed by others' studies that essentially indicate that those not afforded the same opportunity for pre-school "catch-up" to the students pre-schooled in short order.
All these social programs really do is further erode the line between responsible education requirements and the expansion of welfare and foist the burden and responsibility of raising children and child care on others at taxpayers' expense.
