Dear Editor:
When I was in the Army I worked and lived in Taiwan. After the service my wife worked while I attended the University of Missouri-Columbia. After graduation we lived and worked in Iron County, Jefferson County and St. Louis County. We moved to Jefferson City, Cole County in 1991.
Of all the places we have lived Jefferson City/Cole County has the best snow removal system we have experienced. I would say it is very good. Thanks a lot, road crews.
By the way I never did see snow in Taiwan.
