A Holts Summit woman was arrested for DWI and careless and imprudent driving after a one-vehicle accident early Saturday morning in Moniteau County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show Samantha Evers, 27, failed to negotiate a turn on Missouri 87, just north of the junction with North Missouri 179, around 1:45 a.m.
She ran off the left side of the road, struck a road sign and overturned.
Evers had no reported injuries, but her passenger, Elizabeth Drennan, 22, Prairie Home, was treated for moderate injuries.
Evers was wearing a seat belt, but Drennan was not.
