LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) - Perry Ellis scored 22 points, including a hook shot over Iowa State's Georges Niang to ice the game, and No. 1 Kansas stretched its nation-leading home winning streak to 42 games with an 85-78 victory over the 21st-ranked Cyclones on Saturday.

Devonte Graham and Wayne Selden, Jr. finished with 16 points apiece for Kansas (27-4, 15-3 Big 12), which has won 33 straight home finales.

Ellis, playing in his final game at Allen Fieldhouse, spearheaded an 11-0 run over the final 4:45 with a hustle play. He ended it with an emphatic dunk.

Niang led the Cyclones (21-10, 10-8) with 22 points and Jameel McKay added 19 points and nine rebounds.

NO. 2 MICHIGAN STATE 91, OHIO STATE 76

EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Denzel Valentine had 27 points and matched a career high with 13 assists in the last home game, helping Michigan State rout Ohio State.

The Spartans (26-5, 13-5 Big Ten) have won 10 of their last 11 games, earning No. 2 seeding in the conference tournament.

The Buckeyes (19-12, 11-7) have lost just two of their last seven games with both setbacks coming against Michigan State.

Valentine and fellow seniors Matt Costello and Bryn Forbes led the way for the Spartans. Costello had 15 points and 11 rebounds. Forbes scored 14.

Ohio State's Marc Loving scored 21.

NO. 3 VILLANOVA 84, GEORGETOWN 71

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Josh Hart scored 18 points, Kris Jenkins had 17 and Villanova closed out the regular season with a win over Georgetown.

The Big East champion Wildcats (27-4, 16-2) dominated from the opening tip and looked every bit the favorite to win the conference tournament in New York. Win a second straight Big East tourney, and the Wildcats are all but guaranteed a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

L.J. Peak led Georgetown (14-17, 7-11) with 31 points.

NO. 4 VIRGINIA 68, NO. 11 LOUISVILLE 46

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) - Mike Tobey had 15 points and a career-high 20 rebounds and Virginia stifled Louisville for the second time this season.

The game was the last of the season for Louisville (23-8, 12-6), which has self-imposed a postseason ban for this year for recruiting violations.

Malcolm Brogdon had 17 points and Anthony Gill 15 for the Cavaliers (24-6, 13-5 Atlantic Coast Conference), who began the game hoping No. 17 Duke would beat No. 8 North Carolina, giving Virginia a chance to claim a share of its third consecutive ACC regular-season title.

The Tar Heels prevailed, however, 76-72, and will be the top seed when the tournament opens Tuesday in Washington, D.C.

NO. 5 XAVIER 98, CREIGHTON 93

CINCINNATI (AP) - Trevon Bluiett hit a pair of 3s that got Xavier going in the second half, and the Musketeers matched their school record for regular-season victories by beating Creighton.

Xavier (26-4, 14-4) has clinched the No. 2 seed in the Big East tournament. The Musketeers' 2007-08 team also won 26 in the regular season on its way to the school's second NCAA Tournament Elite Eight appearance.

Creighton (18-13, 9-9) hit its shots early and led for most of the first half. Xavier held on with free throws and finished with a season high in points. Myles Davis had 24 points, including four free throws in the final minute. Bluiett finished with 17 as five Xavier players reached double figures.

James Milliken had 22 for Creighton, which fell to 4-29 all-time against Top 5 teams.

NO. 6 OKLAHOMA 75, TCU 67

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Buddy Hield scored 21 points in his final regular-season game for Oklahoma, and the sixth-ranked Sooners beat TCU.

The nation's second-leading scorer was 7 of 12 from the field with a team-high six rebounds as the Sooners (24-6, 12-6 Big 12) clinched at least the No. 3 seed in next week's Big 12 tournament.

Brandon Parrish scored 20 points for the Horned Frogs (11-20, 2-16), who have three 20-loss seasons and an 8-64 regular-season record in the Big 12 in four years under coach Trent Johnson.

VIRGINIA TECH 77, NO. 7 MIAMI 62

BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP) - Justin Bibbs scored 19 points to lead Virginia Tech to a win over Miami.

Bibbs hit 7 of 10 from the floor, including five 3-pointers to lift the Hokies (18-13, 10-8 ACC) to their fifth straight win. Virginia Tech knocked off its second top-10 opponent of the season, having beaten then-No. 4 Virginia on Jan. 4.

Miami (24-6, 13-5), which had won three straight and eight of its past nine, could have assured itself a share of the ACC's regular-season crown with a win.

NO. 8 NORTH CAROLINA 76, NO. 17 DUKE 72

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) - Brice Johnson had 18 points and 21 rebounds, and North Carolina held on to beat Duke and lock up the top seed in the Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament.

Kennedy Meeks added 12 points and 14 rebounds, Joel Berry II scored seven of his 12 in the final 5 minutes and Marcus Paige hit four free throws in the final 10 seconds to help the Tar Heels (25-6, 14-4) earn their first win on Duke's floor since 2012.

Grayson Allen scored 29 points while Luke Kennard added 20 for the Blue Devils (22-9, 11-7), who hit 13 3-pointers - including one by Kennard with 9.3 seconds left that made it 72-70.

NO. 9 OREGON 76, USC 66

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Tyler Dorsey scored 19 points, Elgin Cook added 17 and Oregon beat Southern California to clinch the Pac-12 title outright, the Ducks' first since 2002, and fifth in school history.

Oregon (25-6, 14-4) overcame a 20-minute power outage in the first half at Galen Center and the Trojans' early run in the second half to close out the regular season with their fifth straight victory and 11th in 13 games.

The Trojans (20-11, 9-9) lost to Oregon for the 12th straight time, the Ducks' longest-ever winning streak against USC.

Katin Reinhardt and Nikola Jovanovic scored 12 points each.

NO. 10 WEST VIRGINIA 69, NO. 19 BAYLOR 58

WACO, Texas (AP) - Jaysean Paige had 14 points and West Virginia wrapped up second place in the Big 12 Conference with a victory at Baylor.

Coach Bob Huggins' Mountaineers (24-7, 13-5 Big 12) go into the conference tournament with a four-game winning streak.

Taurean Prince, one of five Baylor seniors in their last home game, had 19 points and 10 rebounds.

The Bears (21-10, 10-8) finished 4-5 at home in the Big 12. They're the only one of the league's top seven teams to finish with a losing record in conference home games.

NO. 13 UTAH 57, COLORADO 55

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Jakob Poetl had 16 points and 13 rebounds and Utah rallied for a victory over Colorado in the regular-season finale.

The Utes go into the Pac-12 Tournament as the No. 2 seed next week. The Buffaloes will be the No. 5 seed.

Colorado seemed to put the game away with a 16-0 run in the second half that pushed the lead to 45-31.

The Utes responded with a 19-0 run as Jordan Loveridge, Brandon Taylor and Lorenzo Bonam made plays on both ends of the floor.

Bonam finished with 16 points and Loveridge added 10.

Josh Scott led Colorado with 11 points.

NO. 16 IOWA 71, MICHIGAN 61

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) - Jarrod Uthoff scored 16 of his 29 points in the first half, and Iowa snapped a four-game losing streak with a win over Michigan.

Anthony Clemmons added 12 points for the Hawkeyes (21-9, 12-6 Big Ten), who used a 14-5 run to take a 15-point lead with 10:13 to play. Michigan (20-11, 10-8) scored the next 10 points, but the Wolverines couldn't pull any closer down the stretch and now may need a strong showing in the Big Ten tournament to make it to the NCAAs.

Derrick Walton scored 14 points for Michigan, which honored seniors Caris LeVert and Spike Albrecht before the regular-season finale. They're both out for the season with injuries, which is a big reason the Wolverines are in this predicament.

NO. 18 ARIZONA 94, STANFORD 62

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Gabe York, a senior playing in his final home game, made nine 3-pointers to tie the school and McKale Center record and scored a career-high 32 points in Arizona's rout of Stanford.

The Wildcats also set a school record by making 18 3s on Saturday in 36 attempts.

Arizona's victory clinched at least the No. 4 seed in next week's Pac-12 tournament in Las Vegas, meaning the Wildcats (24-7, 12-6 Pac-12) will get a first-round bye.

Roscoe Allen and Marcus Allen scored 16 apiece for Stanford (15-14, 8-10).

NO. 20 TEXAS A&M 76, VANDERBILT 67

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) - Jalen Jones scored 17 points as Texas A&M earned at least a share of its first regular-season league title in 30 years with a victory over Vanderbilt.

Freshmen Tyler Davis added 16 for the Aggies (24-7, 13-5 SEC), who had a three-way share of the title in 1986.

In their fourth season in the SEC, the Aggies sealed the top seed in next week's conference tournament. Kentucky, which entered the day tied with A&M atop the conference standings, is playing LSU on Saturday afternoon.

Wade Baldwin IV and Damian Jones each scored 11 points for Vanderbilt (19-12, 11-7 SEC).

NO. 22 KENTUCKY 94, LSU 77

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Jamal Murray scored 22 points, Skal Labissiere added 18 and Kentucky shot 53 percent to race past LSU and claim a share of the Southeastern Conference regular-season title.

The Wildcats (23-8, 13-5 SEC) finished tied with Texas A&M and will have the No. 2 seed in next week's tournament in Nashville, Tennessee.

Murray's 6-of-12 shooting with four 3-pointers led the way for Kentucky.

Tim Quarterman's 23 points led LSU (18-13, 11-7 SEC).

NO. 25 CALIFORNIA 68, ARIZONA STATE 65

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Tyrone Wallace matched a season high with 24 points and hit two decisive free throws in the final minute to lead California to a comeback victory over Arizona State that earned the Golden Bears a first-round bye in the Pac-12 tournament.

Wallace scored 19 points in the second half and grabbed seven rebounds, and Jordan Mathews added 18 points for Cal (22-9, 12-6), which trailed by eight points halfway through the second half before securing the fourth 22-win regular season in school history.

Eric Jacobsen scored 20 points and fellow senior Gerry Blakes added 14 points for the Sun Devils (15-16, 5-13).
