COLUMBIA - The Columbia College Lady Cougars advanced to the title game of the American Midwest Conference Tournament with a 68-40 win over Williams Baptist College on Friday night.
Julie Teeple (Versailles High School) had a game-high 16 points for Columbia College (26-6) and also had six rebounds and one assist.
The Lady Cougars, ranked 15th in NAIA, will host 23rd-ranked William Woods at 7 p.m. today for the tournament title.
