A Jefferson City woman is charged with first-degree child endangerment after authorities found heroin and a meth lab at her residence while serving a search warrant.
Toni Thiele, 901 Ihler Road, is also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement shows the search warrant was served in April.
The residence was littered with trash, animal feces and had not been cleaned in quite sometime.
A male juvenile who was at the residence at the time was taken into the custody of child services.
