Missouri to host fan day Aug. 4

Football season is right around the corner.

Missouri Tiger fans can get their first look at the new team during its annual fan day from 3:45-5:15 p.m. Aug. 4 at Faurot Field.

Players and coaches will be on hand to sign autographs during this time.

Parking and admission to the event is free. Due to construction around Faurot Field, fans are asked to park in lots to the west and south of the stadium, and enter through the southwest field level entrance.

Missouri opens practice Aug. 1 and begins the season Aug. 31 at home against Murray State with a time yet to be announced. Missouri's Sept. 7 home game against Toledo will be broadcast on ESPNU and will kick at 2:30 p.m., while the Tigers' Sept. 21 game at Indiana will kick at 7 p.m. and be broadcast on the Big Ten Network. Times for all other games have not been determined.
