Education issues before Legislature will be interesting, lobbyist says

It's going to be an "interesting and tough year" in the Missouri General Assembly for people who care about education issues, a lobbyist told Jefferson City's school board members this week.

Michael Reid - associate executive director of Missouri School Boards Association - took about 10 minutes Thursday night to update school leaders about the main bills lawmakers are working on this spring.
