Missouri second at wrestling duals

MINNEAPOLIS - The Missouri Tigers wrapped up action in the National Wrestling Coaches Association Cliff Keen National Duals with an 18-16 win against the No. 2 Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday night.

The Tigers trailed by seven points with three weight classes remaining, but got wins from Mike Larson, Brent Haynes and Dom Bradley to pull out the victory.

On Saturday afternoon, the Tigers dropped a 22-9 decision to the top-ranked Oklahoma State Cowboys.

The Tigers started the event with a 28-6 win Friday night against No. 5 Ohio State.

The Tigers are now off until March 10, when they are scheduled to take part in their initial appearance in the Mid-American Conference Championships.
