CHAMOIS, Mo. - Chamois finished the regular season with a 59-53 victory against Russellville on Friday.
Eli Strobel led the way with 27 points.
The Pirates led 19-14 after the first quarter and 31-28 at halftime. They blew the game open in the third quarter to take a 48-33 lead.
Chamois (11-10) opens Class 1 District 9 play at 9 p.m. Tuesday against Higbee in Jamestown. The Pirates are seeded third.
Russellville hosts the Class 2 District 8 Tournament beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday against Belle. The Indians are the fourth seed.
