Your Opinion: Leftist rhetoric follows bombing

Dear Editor:

In the wake of the Boston Marathon bombing, it's very interesting to hear the immediate political rhetoric from the left (Democrats) to set the stage for the reason for the bombing being related to inadequate funding (not high enough taxes)! It's amazing how the leftist Democrats can politicize anything to take every opportunity to allude to the cause of anything negative that happens is because of conservatives and tax cuts.

I would like to quote David Axelrod from The Daily Rundown on MSNBC "I'm sure what was going through the president's mind is - we really don't know who did this - it was tax day." My interpretation; it had to be a conservative nut who wants to cut taxes. My question; why did he/she use a bomb instead of a gun?

Another quote from Barney Frank, former Massachusetts Congressman on CNN: "No tax cut would have helped us deal with this or will help us recover. This is very expensive." Interpretation: Republicans are responsible because they won't give Obama the increase in taxes he wants to guarantee a Democrat takeover of the House of Representatives in 2014.

My question: With 55 percent of the budget allocated to social programs and 19 percent allocated to defense and international security assistance wouldn't an intelligent person think that maybe we could move some money from the 55 percent to the 19 percent. Of course the Obama voters (most of the 55 percent) must not be offended lest they may not to turn out and vote for Democrats in 2014. This deception is absolutely necessary to keep the socialistic takeover of our Republic rolling toward complete economic destruction.

Is there anyone out there that honestly believes that taxes are the reason for the Boston Marathon bombing and not just plain old terrorism? Oh, I forgot, terrorism is a bad word. It's been banned by Obama along with "enemy combatant." There, doesn't that make you feel better!

God save America!
