Missouri River Regional Library is presenting Charles Davis, panelist on KBIA's weekly Views of the News and associate professor at the University of Missouri School of Journalism, at 7 p.m. Oct. 2 in the Art Gallery at the library in Jefferson City.
Davis will present "Decoding Political News: How to be a Better, Smarter News Consumer."
He will discuss freedom of information and government information. His research focuses on access to governmental information and media law.
