WARDSVILLE, Mo. - Pressure was no problem for Jefferson City.
Two outs and runners in scoring position? No sweat for the Lady Jays.
Jefferson City scored five runs on two-out hits and got out of two key jams in the field on its way to a 6-3 victory over Blair Oaks on Thursday at the Falcon Athletic Complex. The Lady Jays' victory ended the Lady Falcons' eight-game winning streak.
"Oh it's huge, there's no doubt," Jefferson City coach Lisa Dey said about her team's two-out hits.
