A Vienna man was arrested Wednesday evening for allegedly removing copper wire and other scrap metals from a Maries County home.
The Maries County Sheriff's Department arrested Jacob W. Burke, 32, accusing him of second-degree burglary for taking the material after unlawfully entering the residence at 12100 Missouri Highway 42 near Vienna.
Burke remains in the county jail pending warrant application.
