COLUMBIA - With four league games left in Missouri's first season in the Southeastern Conference, the Tigers are running out of time.
So, too, is Kentucky.
The Tigers and Wildcats meet today at Faurot Field (11 a.m., ESPNU-TV), with both desperate for their first SEC win of the season.
The reality is today's Homecoming game is likely the best chance either team has to avoid finishing 0-8 in league play.
"Everyone's hungry to win," Missouri left tackle Elvis Fisher said. "They've been going through some struggles this year, as have we."
The similarities don't just end with the records. There's somewhat of a common thread as to how Missouri (3-4, 0-4 SEC) and Kentucky (1-7, 0-5 SEC) have gotten to this point.
