Leslie McLeland says an Ashland bank's attempt to foreclose on her 31â„2-year-old loan really is a retaliation for her whistleblowing about what her 39-page lawsuit says were the bank's illegal practices.
Mainstreet Bank declined to discuss the specifics of the suit but said, in a one-page statement, that McCleland's lawsuit is "erroneous and unfounded" and contains "meritless claims."
