Jordan Backes of Helias makes a tackle on a Clayton ballcarrier as teammate Will Fife (67) gets ready to help during a game earlier this month at Adkins Stadium. Backes and Fife were both Class 4 all-district picks on defense for the Crusaders.
The Helias Crusaders dominated the selections to the Class 4 Central all-district squad.
The district is comprised of geography by county, not by the MSHSAA assigned districts.
The Crusaders had 10 players selected to the offensive team.
Helias had nine players named to the defensive team.
