COLUMBIA, Mo. - So far, Missouri point guard Phil Pressey has played exactly zero games in the Southeastern Conference.

He hasn't even played a game in the 2012-13 regular season. That comes Saturday against Southern Illinois-Edwardsville.

But if preseason accolades mean anything, Pressey and Missouri's previous success has at the very least made the SEC stand up and take notice of the senior and the Tigers.

The junior was voted the preseason conference player of the year by the media last month and was named to the top 50 Wooden Watch list released Thursday.
