FORSYTH, Mo. (AP) - A third man is now charged with killing a husband and wife believed to have been abducted from their southwest Missouri home.

KYTV reports (http://bit.ly/SxmeH1) a Taney County grand jury indicted 26-year-old Phillip Friend in the deaths of Rebecca and Rusty Porter.

The Porters vanished from their home the Greene County town of Willard in April 2011. Authorities say they were taken to a rural Taney County, shot and buried.

Friend was arrested Wednesday in Kansas City, where he was thought to be living. He's the son of Tony Friend, who was charged Oct. 3 along with Dusty Hicks.

All three are charged with first-degree murder. Hicks and Tony Friend have pleaded not guilty. Phillip Friend does not yet have an attorney.

Authorities have never commented on a possible motive.
