Dear Editor:
My new motto is: "I will no longer tolerate those who do not tolerate me."
A front-page article in the newspaper complained about $1,100 of taxpayers' dollars spent to install a surveillance camera to watch the newly installed bust of Rush Limbaugh, due to fears of vandalism at the Capitol Rotunda.
The complaint, as well as fears that any one or group would damage property inside the Rotunda, is offensive to me. That some groups have been throwing toilet paper rolls on public grounds in protest of the bust is, also, offensive to me.
As a natural-born Missourian, Limbaugh is just as worthy of the honor of having a donated bust displayed in the Capitol as any other person so honored.
On a daily basis, he speaks for conservative people across this country and beyond. And his only crime of which I am aware is his calling Sandra Fluke the same name I called her. He apologized. I will not.
Want to throw more toilet rolls? Come to my house, stand in the road, and throw all you want - while I take your picture for the police and Facebook.
I will no longer tolerate those who will not tolerate me - or those who speak for me! And I will not be one of the Silent Majority again!
