GULF SHORES, Ala. - The William Woods Owls closed out the Gulf Coast Invitational with a pair of wins Sunday, beating Bethel College 5-4 in nine innings and topping Brenau University 2-1.
By going 2-0 Sunday, the Owls won the Bronze Bracket of the Invitational and moved their record to 8-9 on the season.
