Connecticut transfer Alex Oriakhi is one of those new faces who should give the Tigers an immediate boost in the low post.
"He's a great addition," Missouri coach Frank Haith said during Monday's Southeastern Conference coaches teleconference.
Oriakhi, a 6-foot-9 forward, decided to leave Connecticut after the Huskies were banned from the NCAA Tournament due to a low academic progress rate. He provides height Missouri sorely missed at times last season.
