Callaway County has received a $64,436 state grant for mapping services.
Callaway County Eastern District Commissioner Gabe Craighead said the money must be used to pay for mapping services provided by Sanborn Map Co. to provide contour maps of Callaway County.
"We applied for the grant back in 2008 and the money for the services has just now been released by the Missouri Department of Economic Development," he said.
