Carl Porting, Max Cook and Mike Flanagan from the Great Rivers Council's Five Rivers District received the Silver Beaver Award.
This is the highest honor a council presents to volunteer Scouts. Recipients are nominated by their peers, selected by a volunteer committee and approved by the National Council of the Boys Scouts of America.
