PSC plans forum on rate hike

The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a local public hearing Monday on Ameren Missouri's electric rate case, which would mean about a $14 a month increase for the average customer.

The information/question and answer session begins at 6 p.m. in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison St. The commission will take sworn testimony after the question-and-answer session.

Ameren Missouri asked the PSC on Feb. 3 to increase the company's annual electric operating revenues by approximately $375.6 million.
