Life is life, no matter how you slice it. But every so often, people are faced with the ever-so-elusive, capital "L" Life, the kind that's rarely easy but always interesting.
That capital "L" Life is the driving force behind Scene One Theatre's upcoming production of "At First Sight," a play written by Anne Pié and directed by Claudia Scott.
Centered on a day in the life of 54-year-old widow Julia Goldman, "At First Sight" follows the events that transform Goldman's routine, uneventful life to the Life whose aftermath she and her family must deal with together.
When Goldman is faced with a life-changing decision, she finds herself swept off her feet by a chance meeting with a man who just as soon disappears.
The box office opens at 7 p.m. each night and the two-hour performance starts at 7:30 p.m.
