Hy-Vee shoppers can locate grocery items by using a mobile app which will make shopping easier, faster and more social.
The smartphone app offers a number of interactive features to help customers with meal planning and preparation, gain access to store and pharmacy information and more.
The app allows customers to locate products, customized by store, by leading them directly to the aisle the item is in. They can browse weekly ads, search recipes and build shopping lists on the go. Catering, floral and bakery items are available for purchase with just a few clicks and the app makes it easy to engage in Hy-Vee's social media channels and report out-of-stock items via Twitter.

Socket, a Missouri-based telephone and Internet provider, is introducing its new fax to e-mail service. Customers can convert an existing fax line or set up a new local fax number in one of more than 400 Missouri cities. Inbound fax messages are routed to an e-mail address designated by the customer. Outbound fax messages are sent using an online interface.
The service gives customers the flexibility to send and receive faxes from anywhere. Privacy is also improved, since fax messages do not sit waiting on a fax machine for anyone in the office to read.
