The crews were going to Bonnots Mill where they will be working for the next week or so. Union Pacific Railroad is investing $38.2 million in the rail line that runs between Labadie and Jefferson City. The project, scheduled to be completed by the end of July, includes replacing nearly 66 miles of rail and renewing the surfaces at 55 road crossings. In addition, crews will be replacing 14 switches.
