At times Tuesday night, there were as many as six freshmen on the floor when Jefferson City hosted Glendale.
And at times, it looked like it at Fleming Fieldhouse. But other times, the Jefferson City freshmen showed flashes of what promises to be good things to come as the Lady Jays defeated the Lady Falcons 76-46.
"There's a lot of things to build on for us," Lady Jays coach Shane Meyer said. "We saw we can be a little more active, our energy level was better than it's been recently, we saw we can play through some fatigue and still be successful."
