Newly retired Lincoln University President Carolyn Mahoney likes to walk.

"Those endorphins really help me, as I think about solving all the problems of the world - mathematics problems, university problems and community challenges as well," she told a crowd of supporters gathered in the Lincoln University student center Wednesday evening.

In a closed session just before a reception honoring Mahoney as Lincoln University's 18th president, LU curators voted to name the walking trail on the LU campus for her.
