Dear Editor:
This letter is in response to one of the front page headlines in the Tuesday edition of the News Tribune.
Our governor's son was cited for possession of marijuana on Saturday morning in Columbia during a disturbance complaint at a Columbia apartment complex. The thing that really bothers me is that this whole thing will suddenly disappear and those charges will be dismissed, if they haven't already been.
My point; If that had been my son or anyone else's that are not in a political leadership role, they would be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
I personally will be waiting and watching to see how this whole thing goes down. I'd lay odds that the charges get dropped real fast.
