Camping will be allowed next spring at the Carl Noren Access.
At the Jefferson City Parks and Recreation Commission commission meeting Tuesday, members approved the camping recommendation, as well as rules and policies for the sites.
At first, there will be about three "primitive" campsites, each in a 30 feet by 30 feet clearing along a trail following the levee to Turkey Creek.
