The Lincoln Blue Tigers (1-8, 0-8 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association) were blown out 49-6 by the Central Missouri Mules (6-3, 5-3) Saturday on the football field at Dwight T. Reed Stadium.

It looked promising early on for Lincoln, as the Blue Tigers returned the opening kickoff to the Mules' 6-yard line. Central Missouri's defense held strong and Lincoln settled for a 29-yard field goal from Courtney Ward.

From there, it was all Mules.
