South Callaway stops Blair Oaks

MOKANE, Mo. - It was supposed to be a shootout between two high-octane offenses in the opening game of Class 2 District 9 play. Blair Oaks didn't get the memo. South Callaway took advantage of five turnovers by the Falcons in a 45-19 romp Friday night.

"Those guys played a great game tonight," Blair Oaks coach Brad Drehle said. "They had a good game plan for us. We felt like we had things right at the beginning, we just made a bunch of mistakes."

South Callaway scored four touchdowns on five possessions following Blair Oaks' turnovers.
