TROY, Mo. - It's tough to be more efficient than Jefferson City's offense was Friday night.
The top-ranked Jays scored on all four of their first-quarter possessions and cruised to a 38-3 win Friday night at Troy in the district opener.
"We were just trying to work our whole offensive package," Jays head coach Ted LePage said.
A fast start and efficient offense has become a theme for the Jays this season.
