An Eldon man will be sentenced in January after a Laclede County jury found him guilty of killing his former girlfriend from Osage Beach.
Kelly Simino, 44, was found guilty of the charge of second-degree murder in the killing of Brandi June Mathews.
Mathews was 24 when she disappeared in September 2006.
She had been missing for more than two years before her remains were found under a low-water bridge near Eldon in January 2009.
Authorities said the relationship between Mathews and Simino was frequently violent.
