The Jefferson City Liquor Control board has withdrawn the suspension of a liquor license they had ordered last week.
On Wednesday, the board ordered a letter be sent to Shorty's Side Door Lounge, 2425 Industrial Drive, apologizing for confusion over the issue of selling liquor to a minor.
Last week, board members said they had information that indicated liquor was being sold to minors at Shorty's, but upon further review the issue was apparently with College Complex, which is also listed at 2425 Industrial Drive.
