Philip Blumel came to Jefferson City on Tuesday with a special message.
"Last month, the Missouri State Senate, in a 29-4 vote, approved a measure that would abolish the voter-approved, eight-year limit and replace it with a more politician-friendly 16-year limit," he said.
"Now the House is considering this bill, and I am here to urge them to reject it."
