Matt Morasch wants to do it all. Unfortunately, that isn't quite as easy as he would like it to be.
As the Jefferson City deputy director of public works services, Morasch is responsible for the engineering, wastewater, street and parking departments. Understandably, there are numerous projects that come across his desk on a daily basis.
