Missouri Senate President Pro Tem Rob Mayer said Monday that bills to have the ratepayers reimburse their electric utility for the costs involved with applying successfully for a federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission site plan are moving forward.
Freshman Sen. Mike Kehoe, R-Jefferson City, has filed two bills involving potential development of a second nuclear power plant at the Callaway County site near Reform.
