KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - The Kansas City health department says it has been notified of two suspected heat related deaths.
The health department says the Jackson County Medical Examiner is investigating the deaths. No other details were provided on Thursday.
Health department director Dr. Rex Archer says residents should be preparing now for continued hot weather in the Kansas City area.
