Month later, Cape Girardeau woman still missing

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) - It has been a month since a 39-year-old mother of triplets from Cape Girardeau went missing, and police and family tell the Southeast Missourian that with each passing day it is harder to remain hopeful.

Jacque Waller was last seen on June 1 near her estranged husband's home In Jackson. Her husband, Clay Waller, has been called a person of interest but no charges have been filed. Waller has told authorities that he and his wife argued and she left the house.

Waller is the mother of 5-year-old triplets who are staying with her sister and brother-in-law while police continue the search.
